Hummingbird ?

  These are a few pictures I took the other day in the city.  My mom and I thought the little guy in the pictures was some type of hummingbird, we are not exactly sure though.  At some point I will probably google it to find out, because thats how I roll.  Or if any of you bird lovers out there know what it is for sure, feel free to share your knowledge please.
